I would strongly suggest completing our connectivity troubleshooting guide in full, including port forwarding. By suggesting this, I am not meaning to say the issue lies solely with your internet -- as I understand you stated your wifi operating normally -- but I do believe there could be improvement in the connection between our online services and yours. Hey everyone! I'm extremely sorry to hear about the problems you all have been experiencing in Rainbow Six Siege as of late. I fully understand how frustrating this must be to encounter so often, considering it severely impacts your gaming experience. That being said, I would be more than happy to gather some information to get this reported. What general region or area are you all located? Who is your internet service provider?

Hey there, ExtremePotato-! I'm terribly sorry to hear that you were banned from the Siege Discord. I'm afraid that Ubisoft Support does not control the Discord servers for any of our games. That being said, we are not able to remove any server bans. I would suggest personally reaching out to the moderator(s) to appeal your ban! You may need to create a separate account to reach out to them. Please keep in mind that their decision is final since Support is not able to overturn these sanctions. Thank you for that information, OceaN_Man_19! Have you tried verifying the game's files in Steam? As there have been some recent updates for Siege, this would be good to complete as it will ensure everything required for the game is installed properly. Hi AmarurTupac! I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to play Rainbow Six Siege at this time. Can you please try signing out of both Uplay and Epic, logging back in, then starting the game? Hi Chilakil128! These crashes may be addressed in the Y5S3.2 patch. According to this tweet, the 3.2 and 3.3 patches will be bundled together for consoles. Hello BirdWithBread! I'm very sorry to hear that this happened. I totally understand your confusion and frustration here. This system is put in place to prevent teammates from purposely injuring or killing their teammates. Although I understand that you explained this was no fault of your own, I'm afraid that Support is not able to remove or revert these penalties. I can certainly get this instance reported to the relevant teams, though. I do greatly apologize once again for this inconvenience!

Hey everyone! I'm terribly sorry to hear that you all are receiving this error. Do you only receive this after completing a Situation, or does it occur after normal matches too? Have you tried restarting your system and the game to check if you received your MMR?
