My first recommendation to you both would be to check the add-ons on your Xbox to see if you have any content waiting to be installed. Then, please provide the following details.

Hi Maniak-H! My apologies for any inconvenience or confusion that has been caused. Various Player Comfort changes were implemented in Operation Shadow Legacy, one of them being the minimum MMR gain/loss. As explained in the patch notes here, "Winning/Losing a ranked match will now give a minimum of 25 +/- MMR gain or loss." Please let me know if you have any other questions!

- Did you receive a duplicate operator? If so, which one?
- If you received a duplicate operator, how did you initially get them? Were they included with the edition of the game you purchased, a specific Year Pass, renown, etc.?

It can be a complicating system to grasp, so I understand where you're coming from! Moving forward, the more games you play the less elo you start to receive. This does reset every season, though. Ultimately, there are many factors that go into the amount of elo you receive in-game. Since the game has already been activated under a separate account, you wouldn't be able to play it from a separate account. If you don't remember the details for the account that the game was initially activated under, please navigate to the following directory on your PC:

Hello isometrick.! First, I sincerely apologize that you and your team were stuck in this situation in Rainbow Six Siege. I'm sure it was incredibly annoying, exhausting, and disappointing to deal with. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience that was caused! Second, thank you for taking the time to write this post! The team is constantly working to make Siege a better gameplay experience for players, and any help we can get from the community when it comes to problems like these is greatly appreciated. Moving forward, your approach to this situation was and is totally reasonable. Considering the time at which you were playing this match and the fact that you had already spent a decent amount of time waiting in-game, I understand that there were not many other options. Hi Drake_Paul214! I deeply apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that this may have caused. Anytime a player leaves a match, even inadvertently, the automatic abandonment system takes place and issues a temporary ban along with a renown/rank penalty. Even in a queue, there is a point where -- if left -- a player can still receive the penalty. Since Support does not control this system, we are not able to remove or revert penalties or temporary bans of any kind. My apologies for that! I would still be more than happy to pass your thoughts on the system along to the relevant teams for you.

Hi JoneKone.! I'm terribly sorry to hear that your PS5 has been making this noise when playing Rainbow Six Siege. It appears that other PS5 users have experienced this as PlayStation addressed it in this FAQ. Have you considered grabbing a video of the problem and uploading it to their support team? If you mainly notice this noise with Siege, then the fan may just be working faster than it does for other games. Still, having this investigated by them may help!
