Since VOIP is a huge part of Siege, I'm sure these issues have had a frustrating impact on your gameplay experience and I deeply apologize for that inconvenience. Moving forward, have you tried clearing your Xbox's cache? You can do this by unplugging your console from the wall, waiting at least two minutes, then restarting your game. Due to the amount of data your cache holds, it can get bogged down and potentially lead to various technical/performance problems in-game. Hey there, FoughtGlintt! I'm sorry to hear that this happened in Rainbow Six Siege. I completely understand how frustrating this can be and I truly apologize for the inconvenience. However, the abandonment system that takes place in-game is automatic and not controlled by Support. That being said, Support is not able to revert these penalties, restore lost ranked points, or remove temporary bans of any kind. Although you may not have fully joined a match, there is a point in the queue where a penalty can still be received if left. My apologies once again!

This sounds exhausting to deal with, and I apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused. Moving forward, have you tried clearing your Xbox's cache? Due to the growing amount of data your cache can hold, certain games or the console itself can get bogged down and cause specific technical problems. Hey hahahanoob2020 and riskydragons! I'm sorry to hear that you both have been dealing with abandonment penalties in Rainbow Six Siege. First, please be advised that this is an automatic in-game process that Support does not and cannot control. With that being said, I am not able to revert these penalties or remove temporary bans of any kind. However, I can still look into these instances with you and report this to the team! Second, have you left the queue for a ranked match or left a match itself any time recently aside from the day you received the penalty?

Hey mrhjr1! First, I'm incredibly sorry to hear that you've been encountering DDoSers in Rainbow Six Siege. Your disappointment is completely understandable and I would feel extremely frustrated in this case. Second, MMR rollback (the feature you were referring to) is not PC-specific meaning that it happens on all platforms. This occurs when a player in a match has been identified and sanctioned as a cheater. When or if this takes place exactly, Support is not able to speculate on as it is an automatic process that is out of our control. Although you may not have received it immediately after getting disconnected from your match, it may still take place in the future when and if the player(s) responsible are banned from Siege. Nonetheless, I can certainly forward your comments on this to the relevant teams for further review!

Since you previously played on PS4, it would not be possible to transfer the content or data under your account to Xbox. Cross-platform progression and cross-platform content sharing are not supported in Siege at this time. My apologies for the inconvenience!

Hello daniel1011mm! First, I apologize for the confusion that has been caused thus far. I understand it can be annoying to not have clarity in situations like this, so I'm sorry for that inconvenience. Second, since your account was permanently banned it will not be possible to transfer any save data or the content you had purchased, unlocked, or earned on your old account to a new account. This kind of content is not transferrable between accounts regardless. You would ultimately be starting over if you decided to purchase the game under a separate account. I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for and I deeply apologize for that. I wish you the best of luck in your future gaming endeavors!

Please make sure that you have completed our connectivity troubleshooting guide in full! Although that article addresses PS4, the steps would still be beneficial to run through in this situation.
