I'm glad to see that you posted on R6Fix, as it's a great resource to utilize when reporting bugs and other in-game problems. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration that you or your friends may have experienced as a result of this.

First, in regards to the bans you mentioned, these are the result of the automatic abandonment system in-game. Any time a player disconnects from a match, even without meaning to, they automatically receive a temporary ban and a renown/rank penalty. Since this is an automatic process, Support is not able to control it. I can, however, share this instance and your feedback with the team as I understand receiving these penalties can be frustrating in situations like these. Doing so will replace any missing or corrupted files that could have popped up, then ensure that everything else required for the game was properly installed during the patch process. Hi SG4.Hauptmann! No, this is not a glitch. This is part of the MMR rollback system in-game. It occurs when a player in one of your previous matches has been identified as a cheater and sanctioned/banned. The goal of this system is to ultimately balance the outcome of the match for all players that were included in said match. Please keep in mind that Support is not able to restore these points, identify the specific player that was sanctioned, or adjust rank. Hey rayo2423! Rainbow Six Siege does not support cross-platform at this time. This meaning that any content you earned or purchased on your Xbox cannot be transferred over to your PC and you would essentially be starting over.
