Hello there, Johan-t10! I'm extremely sorry to hear that you have not been able to play Rainbow Six Siege. Can you please try rebuilding your PS4's database? You can find those steps here. That process acts like a computer disk defragmenter and will not affect your save data, so it would be great to try.

Hi BoondoggleLimp! Firstly, I'm very sorry to hear that you've been encountering so many cheaters in Rainbow Six Siege. Your exhaustion and frustration here is completely valid! Secondly, I appreciate you reporting these players and ultimately helping to improve Siege's in-game community. Our team works extremely hard to make the game fun and fair for everyone, and any help we can get from the community is greatly appreciated! As for the MMR rollback, this is an automatic system that Support cannot control. That being said, I'm not able to speculate on when or if this may take place. Support also is not able to manually adjust rank or restore lost ranked points. I understand this can be frustrating, but I can certainly pass your comments along to the relevant team for further review. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

With that being said, please complete our connectivity troubleshooting guide in full, including port forwarding. Doing so will ensure that your connection to the game's online services is not being blocked or interrupted. At what point specifically does the game crash? Do you notice any errors or messages before or after the crashing? Did you only notice this after the initial Y5S3 patch?

Since you noticed this after updating your driver, have you tried rolling it back to the previous version? I understand this is not an ideal permanent solution, but it would at least be beneficial to try to see if you notice any differences!

Hey there! Even though you already have the game installed through Steam, it would still need to be separately installed through Uplay. This is because they are two separate clients and different files are required to be installed through each one in order for the game to operate correctly. If your separate copy of Siege is owned through Uplay, have you tried signing out of Steam to see if that stops you from being redirected as you explained?
