I think the setting might've gotten nested under "Show Mature Content". If you set that to On, does it show the corpse setting? It's under General > Other.
Not the guy you asked but I personally really value hard hitting sound effects in both shooters and League, so I prefer the original sounds as they sound beefier I guess than the laser sounds.
That’s fair. Maybe we’ll have skins down the road that have the beefier sound you’re looking for!
The kill animation only happens on last man standing right? That would be incredibly obnoxious otherwise

The new prime skin looks amazing! But isn’t the death animation going into pay-to win territory? It’s basically throwing down a smoke for a split second. So any teammate trying to trade kills won’t be able to see anything because of the death animation. As good as it looks I don’t think it should be in a game where a split second can make a huge difference.
Only happens on the last kill, so it’s not pay to win. :)
Can you disable the custom sound to keep the original gun sound?
Not currently but you can keep the skin at Level 1 so you have no custom audio. May I ask why you don’t want to hear the custom audio? Genuinely curious.
Depending on the error (if it flickers in after the Community Agreement pop up), restarting your pc should fix it.

You only see the model in third person. :) All the cool effects and sounds are first person only.

Awesome, thanks for the response! Do you guys plan on communicating which skill levels agents are deserving nerfs in, in the future, similar to how it's going to be done in League? I know all about the 4 different skill levels that champs are looked at in League, figured it was similar in Valorant, just more behind the scenes.
Long term we'd like to communicate that kind of stuff for sure - right now, we're just still working on building our framework for what constitutes OP/UP in our game, building expectations, etc. Since the game's just been in beta we don't want to get too comfortable with the metrics we've been using; once we're confident it's pretty accurate for the long haul though, we'll probably share our philosophy with the playerbase so you all know how we're making decisions as well.
Are you able to tell us if we also get the radianite points that we earned in the first week of the beta? Or were those only for the beta and we have to buy them once the game releases?
You lose Radianite Points from the beta. But you can earn more through the battlepass and starter pass iirc. More info on the BP should be coming soon!

Because of Valorant, I've gotten a lot closer to my friends during troubling times. This game gave us a bit of an escape and we're really grateful for the dev team specifically. You guys worked incredibly hard during the close beta and I seriously thank you guys for the passion you poured into this game.
That means so much, thank you! VALORANT and League have also helped keep me sane by connecting me with friends. I even replayed some Switch games when I felt really trapped at the start of quarantine but wanted to be left alone. Seriously, thank you to every game developer for giving us an escape and social hub when we needed it most.
The beta (and launch) have also helped distract me, so thank you all for being so engaged with the game. It's given us all the motivation to work super hard to get the game shipped and live.
