IMO, xp shouldn't be the main balance issue here. Maybe it's just me tho.
It's a mixed bag; High quest exp leads to player level inflation which itself leads to the quest rewards being out-of-keeping with where the player 'should' be in the progression path.

So, if they're of the opinion that quest exp is too high, then rebalancing quest exp first and then viewing the loot balance through that new lens would be best, rather than the other way around where they then have to re-rebalance the loot because they did it too early and the other associated changes made quest/trader loot utt... No it's not, but as a paying customer, one with thousands of hours in the game before Steam and hundreds after Steam, I am entitled to have an opinion, as long as I present it in a way that is allowed by Valve's policies. Thank you for pointing out facts, I can do that as well.
That is pretty much all you are entitled to though. That and the version of the g... Read more

Unity's wheel colliders are fairly basic. They are not a racing game simulator.

Two wheeled Unity vehicles fall right over as soon as you turn. The wobbling is simply vehicle balancing forces keeping you upright otherwise you would be laying on your side most of the time.

Unity vehicles in general would be upside down or on their side a fair bit of the time if not for the side and front/back forces pushing the vehicle upright.

I highly recommend ♥♥♥ as well. I've been using them more often lately. Do make sure that you are getting a Key, and not an account with the game on either location.

Edit: Hah apparently Steam doesn't like ♥♥♥[www.♥♥♥.com]

If you quote me, you should be able to see it though.

Multiplayer only works with internet. It requires authentication.

First, to OP, To be clear, the dew collector does not produce Temperature 'heat', it produces Activity 'heat'.

Like a keyboard heat map shows how often you hit a certain key comparerd to others, the activity map is a measure of the players activity in the area.

This is a keyboard heat map:
https://www.bypeople.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/keyboard-characters-distribution-heatmap.png

It is termed as a 'heat' map because of the colors used, where blue represents the least frequency and red-hot represents the most frequent. In the example, image, E is pressed far more than any other, A being second place, and either B or N being the least.

You probably didn’t have 5 steaks. You had “charred meat” or “grilled meat.” There’s an actual steak & potato meal that’s more filling than these, but it requires the skills and additional ingredients to cook it. Similarly, if you make tea instead of plain water, it provides more hydration. How fast you burn through food & water is also affected by how active you are (expending stamina) and the temperature.

Is it somewhat arbitrary? Arguably yes. But if the game is going to apply these progression principles - of higher skills and rarer ingredients yielding superior results - then you’re going to wind up with something similar to this.

Hunger and thirst from food and drink are applied over time. The numbers on the left over your HP and stamina reflect how much is left to consume, while the blue and green bars below your hotbar are your actual hunger and thirst meters. If you down a bunch of food or drink at once, it takes a bit for it to fill you up and negate those debuffs; This both loosely replicates actual digestion, and also encourages the player to stay on top of their food and hunger instead of leaving it till the absolute last minute and stuffing their faces Skyrim cheese wheel style.

At level 1, you have a max of 100 hunger and 100 thirst, One water gives 20 iirc. So 4 waters fills 4/5ths of your thirst meter. Ingredients and basic foods are intentionally weak to encourage the player to actually make MEALS instead of just scarfing down the ingredients themselves. A single meat stew for example fills 50 hunger.

Not sure if the change is only for new games after the change or includes existing ones, either way looks like a bad idea in the making.

That is an excellent question- Unfortunately without access to whatever contract(s) are involved we can't know. What we do know is Unity is trying it, and that, so far, there hasn't been any word of any company attempting or planning to contest the act in court, so.. I would presume based on this that the contract in question probably has provisions to account for changes like this in a "Either you accept our changes or this contract will be terminated" kind of way.

In either case, Just attempting this move will certainly be spreading a LOT of bad blood and burning lots of bridges for Unity wh... Read more

Game is being updated and upgraded as it is being developed. If you started with an "ok" computer eight years ago, it most likely doesn't meet spec now.

Why don't you try reading the Pinned threads, and doing the needful to get support.

I see your point, but counterpoint: It would punish multiplayer teams if the base owner dies and all their shared resources and safe zones went poof.
