Sorry to clarify, do you mean can you play AC: Valhalla on your PS4 whilst the the disc is inserted in the PS5 when downloading the game?

Thanks for reaching out regarding the language options in AC: Valhalla.

However, the US version of the game supports Subtitles and the interface in Korean, not audio.

I'm sorry for any confusion caused by my last reply, werde88! Mirroring what KmarkoPL said, players will need to have Windows 10 (64-bit only) as their Operating System in order to optimally run Assassin's Creed Valhalla on the PC.
