Sorry to hear you have experienced this, if possible could you confirm whether you are experiencing any other issues with input options in game.? Also, if possible would you be able to capture a short video clip showing this selection not completing when holding the button in game.? Lastly, if possible could I suggest attempting a different game pad to rule out this being a factor causing this issue.

One is likely the version presented on the client, as it is a site loaded into the Ubisoft Connect client.
Regardless the Support Team will be able to look into this from the account side and clear the issue up.
