You will need to contact Customer Support if you feel you are missing a Reward Containment Pack.

I can see that this issue has been already reported to the development team and it's currently being investigated. Can you please provide us with a few screenshots showing the quest unavailable, so we can have a look? Additionally, can you please make sure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud, so we can investigate it further?

Rainbow Six Extraction is a purely PvE game. The Containment event in Rainbow Six Siege is merely inspired by Rainbow Six Extraction. They are two completely separate things.
