What steps have you tried thus far to resolve this issue?

Just to confirm, you are using a desktop PC and not a laptop? One thing to check is in the Nvidia Control panel, making sure the game is using your GPU and not your integrated GPU on the CPU.

Thanks for providing this additional information and apologies for the slight delay responding to this query. Just to clarify you are advising the longer you get into a specific play session the less likely the depth of field is likely to be applied correctly in photo mode? If this is the case would you have a rough idea how long it would take for this to occur in game and whether this is generally fixed by restarting your game client or if this appears to be more or an erratic occurrence?

@bigbossrecz Thanks for the images provided. Can you confirm if this is only affecting auto saves and quick saves or are you unable to manually save your game as well?

Can you also confirm if you use rest mode whilst playing the game?

@nickip77 You mentioned that #3 was missing from your inventory, were you able to collect it from Glowecestrescire as my colleague previously advised?

Can you please provide a video that shows the following:

  • Your current inventory to show that you have no codex pages as you have handed them into Hytham already
  • Visit Hytham to show that the option to hand in the 6 codex pages is no longer available
  • Show your quest log to show that it is stuck on 5/6 codex pages

@veico_cm Can you confirm if you are using the default key bindings when playing on mouse and keyboard? And if so which key are you pressing to perform the roll?

Hi there, thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you have experienced this. We have received reports that this should have been resolved in a previous patch but if you are still experiencing this could you ensure your game files are fully up to date and then confirm the platform you are currently experiencing this on?

Also, if you would be able to capture a short video clip showing how this occurs in your game we would certainly be able to get this looked into further. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

@pompermeulheim Apologies for the late response, and thanks for the video provided.

I can see that the 'Thegn of Lincoln' quest does not appear in the completed quests log, so it appears that the game has not recognised the quest as being completed for some reason which explains why the next quest has not triggered.

You mentioned you tried completing the quest again but it did not resolve the issue. Can you confirm when you complete the quest that you receive the on screen notification to say that the quest has been completed? Could you try completing the ...
