Hello everyone, we have an update regarding this issue of shrinking and enlarged weapon appearance when sheathing weapons -

We can confirm that the weapon resizing is working as intended. Weapons becoming smaller as they're sheathed is done to help avoid major clipping issues during parkour, combat, and other common actions in-game.

As a result, this is not a feature that will be changed in the game by the development team, but we thank you for sharing your thoughts on this.

After reaching the max skill level, your character starts earning mastery points perpetually. If you are unable to earn or use any mastery points, please reach out and let us know.

Thank you for providing feedback on adding a numeric value to the mastery stats when these mastery points are used. We can certainly pass this on to the game team for you!

Hi there, thanks for your patience while we are getting this looked into. Our development teams are temporarily removing this Community Challenge following issues with some players not having their contributions tracked or rewards granted. The Einherjar bow will return to Ubisoft Connect as a reward in the future after the problems are resolved for all players. Once additional information becomes available, it will be posted her on these forums along with our official social media outlets so please keep an eye out for any update in the near future.

Just to confirm, this occurred for the whole playthrough or it occurred after a certain point in the game?

When you mention it stopping, does it happen after a certain action or does it just seem to stop for no reason?

You should be able to make multiple Saves if you just make sure to make a New Save Slot, and use that one each time you play that specific run through.

Thank you for clarifying this @velikorocc. I can see that the issue with the empty Norvid shop, is currently being looked into and has been reported.

If possible, could you please record a video clip or show us an image of Novids empty shop and let us know if your save file is uploaded to the cloud, so that we may access it?

Sorry to hear you're seeing items in the store that are not being correctly marked as owned. Is this item now switched out of the store?

The smoke effect on the Huldufolk armor is intended to be there. The removal of the smoke that you may have experienced was a graphical error, and was not removed deliberately. This issue has since been fixed and now the effect is now visible again.

Hello @macken723, thank you for getting in touch with us about the Jorvik arc.

Can I just check, are you able to travel to Jorvik on a mount (despite being unable to select the area via the map), travel to the Jorvik docks where you will be automatically given a quest to search for Ljufvina, which will begin The City of Greed quest arc?

Apologies on the delay with this issue.
Would it be possible to check with region game disc/version you own? Dutch subtitles should be available on the European EFIGS version of the game.

In regards to Ultimate items disappearing from the inventory, how often do they disappear? Are there specific actions taken to bring them back? Any more information you are able to provide would be much appreciated.

Hello @nexar2, thanks for posting, at the moment, we are aware of certain abilities that are equipped by the player, prevent the player from sprinting on horseback.

We are working on a permanent fix, but for now the only workaround is to unequip that ability that causes the conflict. Thank you for your patience.

That is great news @thenorfolkiam, thank you for keeping us updated about this save crash.

If it does happens again, please let us know. In the meantime, if you happen to be using any cloud saving options, try switching to local hard drive saves, as this may be a better option for you if the game were to struggle to connect to our server when making a new save, as this can be a potential cause of crashing for some players.
