Hey @xRevo94!

Following the update from our team, can I double-check if you possibly have the vanity item that is missing already equipped with any of the vehicles or is it only missing for specific vehicle(s)?

Please note that there will be certain vehicles that won't be able to have any vanities applied on.

Let us know and we will take it from there!

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback and apologies for the delayed response to this post. While I know we have had some degradation our our Ubisoft Connect service I would not like to speculate whether those timings would line up to when you were experiencing these connectivity issues in game. Regarding your second query, when you state the game "quits without any error", does this return you to the game menu or completely close the program as if you have chosen to manually end the task? Lastly, as there has been some delay since you reporting these issues and my response today, would you be able to confirm whether you are still experiencing these issues or if these are less frequent since the most recent update?
