Hello @octagonal3 . Thank you so much for reaching out about this issue with freezing in Immortals! When you initially start the game after fully quitting out of it, are you not seeing an option in the main menu to load up a previous save in the load menu? Would you also be able to provide a video clip of this issue so that I can get a better look into this particular issue?

Hello @lofyx_17 . Thanks for reaching out about this error you're getting! Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the exact error code you're getting when you attempt to launch Trackmania? Did you also purchase the game directly from us via our Store?

Hello @dimitri89 this video is great. I am going to need to reopen this investigation, if the issue has not been fixed as of 1.3.0, as we had expected.

Is it possible you can upload another video showing a few more haptic feedback options in the game, such as on horseback or when drawing a bow please?

The screenshots are very helpful and give a little more context, I think your idea of the objects perhaps clipping through the ground could be a possible cause.

We do need save files and videos from each player to understand what may be the initial cause for the data corruption for each player, and to see if we can notice any patterns. For example, if players effected have recently undertook a certain mission, side quest and or performed a certain action in-game. save files and videos will help us to discover this quicker.

@pesto Would you be able to access your Xbox One sound settings, and change HDMI audio to 'stereo uncompressed'?
This has been known to resolve this issue for some players, but of course let us know if this issue persists.

No worries @macken723, I believe we will need to open an investigation into this to understand why you are being prevented from starting this Arc.

Are your affected save files accessible to us, have you uploaded any of them to the cloud for us to be able to download?

Can I also ask you, what were the last 3 quests you completed in-game? If you can upload a screenshot of your completed quests in your menu, this will be a great help to us also.

This issue has been reported and is currently under investigation. At the moment, a workaround is to rollback to a previous save.

Hello @mikesfirehawk, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am aware of an issue that prevents players from adding the eel to the pot, but do not believe we have had any clips submitted by players of this world event, to my knowledge.

Are you able to upload a clip to a video hosting website such as Imgur or Youtube, then send us a link to view it please?

Hey xGaBBrYx, thank you for this update an letting us know you have received all items bar the Fire Tree. Perhaps if you are unable to find this in the Settlement Tree decorations, it is as you said and you never bought it at the time.

If you need to send us an image on your inventory anytime, please try using a .jpg file with a size of no more than 5mb if possible, for future reference, clearing your cookies and cache may allow you to then upload to the forum also.
