Unfortunately it isn't possible to transfer Apex progress from one account to another. If your son is going to use his own account going forward, I'm afraid he'll need to start from a fresh account.

If you've only received a ban in Apex, then all of your other games should still be fine. So long as your EA account itself isn't banned, you can still play your other titles.

Typically bans (at least for Apex) are not platform specific. So if you've been banned from Apex on PC, you'll likely also be banned from Apex on Xbox.
