Hey @sharpcelery not sure what you mean by they are outsourced, our TOS team are an internal team and if they declined your appeal then it means that they found evidence that the band was put in place correctly.

I understand you are frustrated and it's an outlier situation due to your account being stolen but in this situation, if our live support has advised that there is nothing they can do then this would be the case.

We are unable to review or change any bans on AHQ, so you'll need to submit an appeal to have our Terms of Service team take a look at this type of situation.
You're welcome to submit an additional appeal if you've already heard back from them once, though if it reaches the point where they mention no additional appeals will be reviewed, that is final and not something we're able to further address either.
