Most props are not available ingame to be placed freely. They are available in the asset editor for decorating buildings.

Mods like Find It 2 let you access and place props in the game that are otherwise hidden. Note that they may not work fully when placed like that. Props with special markers such as seating and parking will not be used by citizens when placed directly in the world. They are only used when inside a building.

If you haven't already I recommend setting up a custom-sized pagefile of at least 32000 MB. Here are a few guides for how that's done:

If the game still crashes after doing that and restarting your computer for the changes to take effect, then please let me know.

Try verifying the game files through Steam to make sure the sound files are as they should be. Here's a guide on how that's done:

I would not recommend this solution. The issue with Citrix is that Unity (the engine Cities: Skylines runs on) thinks it's a graphics card. You may be able to run the game with this option, but it's running of the virtual GPU Citrix creates, NOT your actually GPU.

If you're on Windows 10 the easiest way is to uninstall Citrix and then install the version from the Windows 10 App Store. It lacks the feature that causes problems with Unity games.

Alternatively, you can reinstall Citrix from the Command Prompt using the following command:

CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe ADDLOCAL=ReceiverInside,ICA_Client,A... Read more

Please check your subscribed mods against this list of known broken mods. If I remember correctly that error is from an old broken mod.

Yes, workshop planes work with Airport Areas too. Most of them will likely be medium planes as that's the default size, but there are also some made for the Airports DLC which provide options for small and large planes.

Are you using the mod 81 tiles? There's a known issue with it lowering metro tracks on the next load after purchasing a new tile.

Can you post a screenshot of the airport? Just the cargo section of it.

There are no visitors without passenger planes and plane stands. Cargo does not have visitors. Sorry for the confusion!

I had a look at your city and the cargo stands are both offset from the road. Deleting them and placing new ones on the road (or just moving them properly close to the road with Move It) did the trick and cargo planes started arriving.

You can upload your city to the workshop and we can have a look. To do this go into Content Manager (from the Main Menu), find Savegames on the left, find your save and click Share. Then give it a name and a description if you want, click Publish, and copy the link of the page that opens and post it here.

Try logging out of Steam and shut it down completely. Then start Steam, log back in and open the game.

Are you using a lot of custom mods and assets in your city?

Those aren't vehicles that exist in the vanilla game, so my guess is they are custom assets made as buses so you can create bus lines in the airport to have them moving around.

You can use the vehicle selection for the lines to set a specific bus to spawn, or you can use a mod like Advanced Vehicle Options to stop those "buses" from spawning when they aren't specifically assigned to a line. Or you can of course unsubscribe them if you don't want to use them.

It sounds like you don't see the Paradox launcher at all. In that case please try the steps in this thread, and if that doesn't work follow the instructions at the end to contact PDX Support.

There's only one type of Airport Area, and while you can have one serving only cargo planes, the zone will still count visitors and attractiveness to level up. You should be able to see planes and trucks come and go to the airport to confirm that it's working.

Do you also have this when using the launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods set in Steam? It's normal that the game displays an overlay for specific buildings, like a fire station enabling the infoview for fire risk for example.

Does this also happen with the launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods in place?

Please add the launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods to Steam, then check if it still crashes. If it does, please make a report on our support forum here: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forums/support-bug-reports.879/
