A lot of servers rely on this for inactive who have been hogging resources or equipment so it can be cycled back in.
One server I was on the only miller quit and it was days before we could get another star. Thankfully, when his property defaulted over to the government they picked up the claims and all the equipment stayed.
I know it might not be intended, but it has been a very useful feature, especially if you aren't going to let admins access void storage. It will greatly limit the ability of a troll to screw a smaller server over.

It seems there is an issue when unclaiming via the map, which is going to be fixed.

Yes, but technically you didn't buy it, as the landlord whose property you bought never owned these objects, but the renting person.

Nope, void items belong to the account and can only be retrieved by the owner.
I have had issues with void before. Also they only remain in their for a limited time (From memory 24hrs but dont quote me on that one). No command i know of can retrieve the items.

Depending on how nice your admins are they can spawn items lost. Any time a player is ejected from residency anything they placed / owned is sent to void excluding building blocks.

There should not be any time limit.

Next time just remove the land claims and take the items, that always works for me. The function you triggered is really only there to stop people from sharing land space, allowing people to place items, then stealing those items, like if renting. But you own the land now, so just unclaim and take the unclaimed items.

That should not work, as when changing the land the residents should automatically be kicked. We'll investigate if that is possible and it will be fixed in case that works, but I wasn't able to reproduce in a quick test.

Feel free to write in your original language if this was a translation problem.

Void Storage is only accessible by the player the items have gone to, the purpose of it is to prevent landlords kicking out renters and take the stuff they placed.

There is no way to revert test commands aside of restoring a backup of the save game.

Industrial rooms currently don't exist, so you cannot.

Yes, type /serverui in chat and tab out if hosted locally. Otherwise can also adjust in Difficulty.eco config file in /Steam/steamapps/common/Eco/Eco_Data/Server/Configs.

That is a known problem that affects some players, unfortunately we have never been able to reproduce the issue so far, which makes it extremely hard to fix.

We're going to consider that after EA on PC.
