The Elder Scrolls Online v10.0.3 includes several adjustments to Scribing including reducing the length of the chase for Scribing (particularly regarding the Script chase for alts), increasing the drop rate of Luminous Ink, and some rebalancing and updates to various Grimoires and Scripts. Also included are several fixes and adjustments for Lucent Citadel and Gold Road content, a few fixes for combat abilities and item sets, and more. The size of this patch is approximately 489MB. Yes, apologies for the confusion here. This was only supposed to state PC NA players, due to the sudden downtime that was experienced last month during the PTS issue (detailed here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8093012/#Comment_8093012)

The Elder Scrolls online v9.3.9 contains a fix for a game freeze and a UI issue on the Russian game client. All PC NA players* will also receive 200 Seals of Endeavor during this maintenance, along with the additional items for any player that previously had their account locked during the PTS issue last month. For those of you who do not want to go through zone chat, or just want some help from your fellow forum user, this is the place to be! Hi everyone, We've seen some recent concerns about the length of the chase for Scribing, particularly regarding the Script chase for alts. We’d like to give a little insight into how we approached this process, the changes we’re planning based on your feedback, and more transparency on some of the 'relief valves' we have built into the system. In short, we’re aiming for a system that players can access and make meaningful abilities very early on into the process while providing an engaging longer-term chase. We especially loved the concept that when a player receives a new script they might be encouraged to return to the Scholarium to try out new combinations. We were also trying to be thoughtful of both the initial chase and those who play on multiple characters. A new home means a new space for housing creations, so we’re putting the call out to Tamriel’s interior designers. In celebration of this all-new house, we want to see your housing creativity shine in the Hammerfell home. Feel free to decorate a room or the entire space. In order to participate, please follow the rules outlined below.

Hello, All. We have received a lot of feedback regarding the changes to the Mail expiration timers on the PTS. We understand the concerns raised around shortening Mail timers, specifically in instances where a player may need to step away from the game for an extended period of time, and that with this shortened window they may miss items or gold coming from Guild Traders through the Mail. As we reviewed this feedback and investigated those concerns, our data revealed that the vast majority of items listed at Guild Traders sell within a week. If an item does not sell by then, it typically doesn't sell during that listing period. In light of this, Guild Trader listings will now be reduced from 30 to 14 days. All Mail expiration timers will remain at 14 days. To be clear, the timer for Mail expiration will be 14 days from when the item sells or is returned to the player. Just a heads up, this should be fixed in today's PTS patch.

The Elder Scrolls Online v10.0.2 contains many more fixes for Gold Road content including quests, zone content, and the new trial. We’ve also made a number of fixes for Scribing, including some skills and the questline. We've seen your feedback about script acquisition and are discussing possible adjustments for the future, and will keep you posted on how we intend to go forward. Also this week, we’ve activated the Whitestrake’s Mayhem event for testing, and have made some adjustments to Guild Trader item sale timers. Note that today, April 29, we’ll be testing a number of commands on the backend that may periodically affect some Scribing skills or functionality; this test should be complete by 6pm EDT. Will the alt account be able to continue testing Gold Road within the PTS, given that it was given the Necrom Deluxe Collection, that does not include Gold Road, this week, or is it next week when the PTS shifts to requiring the chapter to test the chapter itself?

We won't be restricting Gold Road access to actual pre-purchases until the last week of PTS testing (the week of May 13) so you'll be good to go today.

Just confirming, PTS will be back to EU server tomorrow? ( assuming yes :( we had so little time, with the lockouts and event too. bummer.)

Correct, we are doing the PC EU character copy in today's patch.

Is it safe to use PTS again, or will accounts be blocked again? It's a serious question because I don't want to be banned again.

It's safe in that the issue encountered last week is resolved. We never plan on there being issues like this, but there have been lots of players on the PTS since accounts have been unblocked.
