After investigation, it appears that the Issue is most likely due to the mobile router used.

Hey there @Arathwial , thanks for reaching out! I can confirm that it is intended that there is are no experience points awarded for custom matches. However, you should get XP and be able to complete Contract Orders in PvAI matches besides custom matches.

In order for us to double check if this is intended or is indeed a bug with customization, are you able to link us to a short 1-minute video clip of this issue?

If you are using a Windows 10/11 PC, you should be able to record a clip using the free Xbox Gamebar overlay that may be already installed on your PC > 
- Launch the game
- Make sure the game is visible on your screen before pressing any keys
- Press the Windows key and G key, then select the 'Start Recording' dot button to record a clip

Hey there @carlkalle86! I'm really sorry to hear that you are seeing this error message regarding your Graphics Card not being recognized. Here is what I recommend:

  • Restart your PC
  • Reinstall and/or update your Graphics Card drivers
  • Make sure your game AND Ubisoft Connect launcher are installed on the same drive as your OS. (should be C drive)

The dev team have been made aware that we still see reports of this and the issue has been reopened for them to look into again. As you mentioned you have already seen the troubleshooting we can suggest, so it doesn't seem to be an issue that can be resolved from troubleshooting on players computers themselves and needs to be something addressed by the dev team with a game update.

I understand it's been a known issue for quite some time, however, some issues (like this) don't have any known steps for reproducing them and when they just happen randomly, it's harder to find the cause to get them resolved.

Time of day can always be a factor but that is something that can't really be helped and is just dependant on your ISP and how much traffic they have. Usually evenings tend to be worse due to that.

But yeah, if you're playing with friends on other continents, that's going to be the main cause of this as you'll be playing with people on different servers.

Hey @DarrowsHowlers , thanks for your post about this. I understand you've faced higher latency when playing with other players - that's really unfortunate, and I'll be happy to help you get to the bottom of this.

Can you describe what you mean when you say there's latency? It could be that the players you are in a match with themselves have a poor connection, and you are seeing the results of those connections. Although For Honor does a lot to work around poor connections from other players, some effects may still be noticable. I'll be able to give further insights...
