I'm sorry to hear some of you haven't received Steel for these challenges. Are these challenges that you are still able to see, that you can get a screenshot of, or have they been and gone now?

And just to clarify, it let you click to claim the Steel, and it just wasn't added?

I'm sorry to hear that you may not be receiving rank. Can you check if the bug itself is a visual bug (showing +0) that makes it seem like your rank is not increasing or decreasing by checking the ranking page in-game after playing some games, as you may be able to witness your proper ranking there.

I'm sorry to hear the Pirate hero hasn't unlocked for you straight away. Please can you try restoring your licenses on PS5 if it is still unavailable. To do this:

  • Hit X on the settings icon at the top of the UI.
  • From there, go to the ‘Users And Accounts’ setting and hit X again.
  • Scroll down to ‘Other’ and ‘Restore Licenses’ and hit X for the third time.
  • The next screen will allow you to hit ‘Restore’ providing you with your licenses once again

Hey,

This seems to be a very odd and unique situation you have found yourselves in, as it's not something I've seen before. The game is only officially supported to use the controllers listed here and shouldn't require the use of any other programs. Do you have any of these ones you can try, or see if there's another program you can use to try and make your controller work again instead of X360ce?

I have just merged your thread with another. I'm sorry to hear you have a strict NAT type and are unable to party up with your friend. As you are unable to do the port forwarding, maybe you can try using a different connection? If you are able to use mobile phone data instead of the wifi, and set the mobile phone up as a hotspot to connect to, it may help. It's not an ideal solution or ideal to play on mobile data, but it's something you could give a try and see if it gives you a better NAT type.

@jafusah Hey! So sorry to hear about the controller issues that you have been having. It sounds like you have already done some extensive troubleshooting.

Is it possible that a simple reset of key bindings in the settings menu might get this to work?

Additionally, have you tried reinstalling the drivers for your controller?

No, you would need to buy any DLC through Steam if you own the game on Steam. This applies to all of our games. I apologise for any disappointment caused.
