I am sorry to hear that you're encountering issues playing For Honor. Laptops are not officially supported due to the parts being weaker than their traditional desktop counterparts.

That being said, what you're encountering seems like it could be caused by another program running at the same time. Have you run through the steps in this FAQ?

Appreciate those extra details! In your video, I see yellow exclamation points on 3 tiles in Loadout 1, are they all directing toward the "new helm"? Can you also complete these basic steps so we can ensure no common technical issue is the cause? Thank you!

As this is an ongoing investigation done by the dev team, support does not have visibility on their progress. We're not able to provide an ETA for the issue, as we cannot speculate how long it'll take to resolve the issue.

I can appreciate that this has been ongoing for a while, but once we have further information to share, we will do so.

Also if possible could you confirm a time where the overlay has caused you to spend your Units and we will certainly be able to get this looked into for you?
