I'm sorry to hear that you've not yet unlocked any Chimera Banquet armor for your heroes.

I'm afraid we aren't able to provide tips to guarantee drops for heroes Gear other than to keep at it.

I'll pass on the feedback to the team about the drop rates for the gear though.

Thank you for reporting this to us, we're sorry to hear that's been the case.

We would advise trying with a Clean Boot via the steps in the guide here, as this can help rule out third party programs conflicting with the game.

We'd also advise making sure you've been through the EasyAntiCheat troubleshooting here

JVB.: Would you be willing to uninstall Webroot and check to see if you are still experiencing the same issues? If so, please keep us posted if you are able to play after uninstalling this program so we can share this with our game team.

Hey Superkajda, are you both unable to adjust settings in your routers? It is uncommon that a Strict NAT is able to easily play in multiplayer modes, so forwarding ports is very helpful.

I also suggest having both of you whitelist For Honor and Ubisoft Connect in your anti-virus software as the software may be causing an interruption to the service.
