When you've done this, can you please upload screenshots to your case showing the following -
- The game in your Epic games library
- The country settings on your Epic account

Hello! Have you tried launching the game directly from the Epic Games Launcher? That seems to resolve the issue for most players.

You'd want to get them to run through the connection troubleshooting steps suggested above. Particularly around Forwarding the Ports that the game requires.
