We're sorry to see you're having some issues with a crash while launching Hell Let Loose.

Let's try to check your game installation to make sure that no corrupted files are causing the problem. To do this:

1. Right-click on the game in your Steam Library
   
2. Choose Properties
   
3. Switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...

Then attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved.

If that hasn't worked to solve your Pak Chunk error, then please navigate to the following directory:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Content

Please then delete the Paks folder.

Then attempt to verify your files again following the steps provided above.

Unfortunately, we're receiving similar reports from other players who are also experiencing the same issue - we appreciate the frustration this is causing at present.

Sorry to see you're having some issues with your resolution in Hell Let Loose.

Can you please open the game in Windowed mode - in the game settings, under Video, you should then see a drop-down menu appear named Fullscreen Resolution with the available resolution options - if you then choose this to match the correct resolution of your monitor and select Apply Settings at the bottom of the window, then set the game back to full screen, do these settings take effect?

If the issue persists following this, would you be able to provide a video of this occurring at all so we can take a closer look?

The team is currently looking into the issue with the settings being reset, some players have reported however that the following steps helped:

Make sure that your settings file is not set to read-only.

You can find it in :
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\HLL\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\

Left-click to highlight, then Right-click the gameusersettings file - properties - make sure read-only is not ticked.

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with your DLC purchase.

Can you please right-click the game - go to properties - DLC tab - check that all of the DLC is ticked.

If they are already, when you load the game can you please go to the barracks - check whether the DLC is showing there in each country. Some DLC is locked until you reach a certain level such as Level 7 medic for example.

To take a screenshot, please make sure, that you have Steam Overlay enabled in your game

1. Go to Steam -> Settings.
   
2. Click the In-Game tab.
   
3. Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game"
   
4. Go to Library.
   
5. Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
   
6. Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.

In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and Upload your screenshot, make it public. Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...")
