We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with the loadouts.

Please try running the game as an administrator:

Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
Go to Properties then the 'Installed Files' tab.
Click 'Browse'
Locate the game executable (the application).
Right-click it and go to Properties.
Click the Compatibility tab.
Check the Run this program as an administrator box.

Then, can you please also try running Steam as an administrator:

Navigate to your Steam install folder (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
Right click the Steam executable.
Follow the above steps to set it to Run as Administrator
Restart Steam.

Hold down the Windows Key and press R
The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
Click OK
Click Save All Information
Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as https://justpaste.it/ or ...

Let's see if we can resolve the issue!

Please can you completely close down Steam (Exit, do not just press the 'x' as this does not close Steam correctly) and then reload?
Can you please also make sure that you are properly connected to the internet and that you're online on Steam?

If the issue continues, please make sure that you are launching the game from Steam and NOT from an .exe shortcut.

Can you please also run the game as an administrator and see if your rank progresses?

Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
Go to Properties then the Local Files tab.

Could you please share with us any screenshots or videos of this with us so we can pass this on to the team to look into?

To take a screenshot, please make sure, that you have Steam Overlay enabled in your game

Go to Steam -> Settings.
Click the In-Game tab.
Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game"
Go to Library.
Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.

In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and Upload your screenshot, make it public. Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...")

We’ve also updated Sainte-Marie-du-Mont – increasing overall playable space around the town to produce a better gameplay experience. Update 15 deploys a fresh experience to Hell Let Loose with Mortain, a new map for all modes! Created and refined with help from the community, Mortain sits in a shallow valley – where the US rallied against German troops amid Operation Lüttich. The battle took place in August 1944, in Normandy, France.

During Operation Lüttich the town was destroyed, left in ruins with only a few buildings standing – which features in Mortain.

Offering a plethora of notable locations – both historical and natural – Mortain features themes of contrasting areas throughout. Rock formations permeate the map alongside hilly areas of countryside and farmland.

Update 15 releases April 25th for Hell Let Loose on Steam.
