Could you let us know if updating your drivers helped to resolve the issue? Once you have updated your drivers, if you have not already, I would also recommend fully reinstalling the game.

If you have not already, I recommend trying out these basic troubleshooting steps. In particular, I recommend disabling MSI afterburner, and other background applications, as we have found that certain software, such as hardware monitoring software, can interfere with Ubisoft game files and caused freezing and crashing.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to update us!
