Thanks for clarifying @geodudeEvolved. Op card rewards for players who purchased single packs of cosmetics are not something we are currently planning on rewarding, but your feedback on this has been noted. Hello @BuG thanks for getting in touch with us.

I have looked into this issue that was previously reported to us and confirm that the Match Intro music that you hear, the Countdown, the End of Round and the End of Match music cues are not something that a player can disable using the Music Volume setting in-game. This will only disable the menu music, this is by design which our Siege team have confirmed for me.

I am sorry if these musical cues cause you distraction or discomfort in-game, I will happily pass your feedback on about it to the team however.

@BuG Thanks for the information! It's possible that we patched the issue previously and the bug came back. To check, were you able to complete the troubleshooting steps that Ubi-Mark provided you with? It is important that we complete all of the steps successfully before we proceed.

Hey @qu7et thanks for posting.

We do not have any further updates on our servers at this time, as we intend to use a mixture of both Amazon Gamelift and Playfab servers for our Siege game. We have noted the feedback given in this thread however. I will move this thread to our General Discussion area now, as this is not a bug report but more a request from some of our players.
