Please do mind that when it comes down to suspensions, these are carefully and thoroughly reviewed. To add, permanent ban instances are rare and usually there for a good reason rather than any light offenses. Although I do not want to set any expectation, the game is monitored by BattlEye: (https://www.battleye.com/support/), therefore you can try getting through to them and see if you can find any answers.

Hey there, you two, sorry for the troubles you are having with Rainbow Six Siege at this time. To confirm, was there any error message you both encountered after being removed from the match? Could you also share what exactly happened before this happened? To try and remedy this issue happening for future matches, I would recommend closing out any other background applications that might be open while playing Rainbow Six Siege that could interfere with the gameplay.

Hey A former User, I am sorry to see you have been unable to link the accounts you had hoped to, due to no longer having access to your old Xbox accounts or old email addresses/

We have these procedures in place to better protect player accounts and also stop the creation of multiple Ubisoft accounts, which breaks our terms of use. We will however pass your feedback onto the team who handle these queries. My apologies, we were unable to assist you this time around resulting in you closing your account.
