Hello, @roasted_t0ast thank you for your query, I believe you can link your current PSN account to your Ubisoft Account, where your PC is already linked, on our account manager website.

That is something that can happen depending on the issue you have selected, or just due to the availability of agents. Do you have the email option available that should appear next to it? It should say 'submit my case'

Hello again everyone thank you for your replies.

A few patches have been applied to the game which may resolve this issue and add the 'open to friends' option back to this menu.

Can you all please check your game is fully updated, verify the game files in your launcher, then let us know if this option is now available to you for the latest patch for Season 4?

Are you able to capture a video of this occurring, I have heard mention of a similar issue recently and would like to check if this is the same one?

If you are using a Windows 10/11 PC, you should be able to record a clip using the free Xbox Gamebar overlay that may be already installed on your PC > 
- Launch the game
- Make sure the game is visible on your screen before pressing any keys

Live chat can sometimes become unavailable and the option will be blurred out and unselectable, if it is outside of these hours, or if all our live chat agents are already occupied with other players.

Our Siege team are aware of some issues with the Battlepass tokens and rewards this season and have been looking into this.

They have deployed a few fixes to the game in the background in the last few days which may have resolved this for some players.

Can you let us know what PC launcher you purchased the game from, and has this issue occurred a few times, or was it a one-off?
