Hello everyone, thank you for your messages on the cross-progression sync issues you have faced since the new season launched.

Cross-progression should be live on all platforms now which means you should share the same in-game progress, Operators, skins and charms, as long as all of your platforms, PC and console, are linked to the same Ubisoft Account.

To double-check you have the correct accounts linked, please check the 'linked accounts' section, of your Ubisoft Account manager website here > https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/account-information

We are investigating this issue now, so we have merged several threads into this one, so we can update you in one place when we know more from our Siege team, thank you.

Hello @MisterAlphaWolf thank you for getting in touch.

We have noted that some players are unable to matchmake at the moment and get stuck in a loop of Finding Squad.

This is usually related to issues on our servers, and the Siege team are looking into this now, as we know it is affecting several platforms, sorry for any inconvenience caused by this!

Cross-progression should be live on all platforms now and should save/share the same in-game progress and Operators, as long as all of the platforms that you play on, are linked to the same Ubisoft Account.

If you have recently unlinked or re-linked any accounts to your Ubisoft account, this could cause some sync issues, so please double-check this.

Hello everyone, thank you for getting in touch over the last few hours.

We know there is an issue with the game looping when reaching the Creating Squad matchmaking screen, and this seems to be affecting all platforms at the moment. This has been caused by degradation on the server in the past.

Our Siege team and QA team are investigating this issue now, thank you for your patience whilst we look into a solution for this issue.

Hello and welcome to Discussions @Scubasteve69817! Thanks for sharing this report. To make sure I have everything correct about what you are seeing with Cav's elite skin: is the skin missing from the suppressor in all game modes, including modes that aren't necessarily online (such as a Custom game or Lonewolf)?

Hi @AnEvilKitty thanks for reaching out. I do see you mentioned having both the Steam and Ubisoft Connect overlay enabled. If you have done so through the Steam client settings could you doublecheck through the game as well by right clicking Rainbow Six Siege in your Steam library and selecting 'Enable Overlay' in the Properties before launching? I can also suggest clearing the Steam webcache:
- Navigate to Steam > Settings
- In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
- "Delete browser cache" > OK

Please let me know if you see any further issues with purchasing a new currency pack.

I'm sorry to hear that you were banned in the game due to the crash. Player support is unable to lift temporary bans, as they are applied and automatically lifted by our system - the only solution is to wait them out and try again.

Our team is constantly trying to improve the online experience, so any feedback is appreciated. In the meantime, please also make sure that all the basic troubleshooting steps for your platform are completed, in order to minimise the chance of any errors happening on your end, thanks!
