Regarding the slow mission objectives, I'm not entirely sure whether or not this would be working as intended. Did you happen to have a video that shows how the gameplay was previously? If so, it'd be great if you could also get a video of the current gameplay so that we can compare and pass them along to the dev team. If you do have a video, please upload it to a website like YouTube as public or unlisted, and share the link with us here so we can take a closer look.

I can confirm that exotic drops are extremely rare and that's the reason that the rate drop is not high. I'm sure, however, that you'll receive what you're after anyway! 🙂

We're sorry to hear about your experience with The Division 2. The game team are currently aware of performance and crashing issues affecting PC players, we appreciate any crash reports that have already been forwarded.

Thanks for getting in touch and reporting this, sorry for the delay!

We have no facilities to be able to adjust any player's account progression, or levels so there's nothing we can change to their account I'm afraid.

As for your feedback on the Donate All Junk feature, we'll note this to the team to take a look into.

Known Issues


  • Bright red light is present in main menu when viewing the Fairview apparel cache.
  • The Bug Out Mask may not display as a reward for acquiring all of the Fairview Crew Outfit.
    • This is a visual issue and the mask is in fact granted.
  • After acquiring all the outfits from "Fairview Crew" apparel event the message "Next Event Cache Key in X levels" is still present in apparel event menu from season tab.
  • The Apparel Cache shows the Resident Evil Logo.
  • The Event Timer is showing the wrong end date of 22nd of June, instead of 28th of June.
