Thanks for the update, can you send us screenshots of your in-game sound settings and your Xbox sound settings as well as the exact model of your sound system?

Just to double check, are you holding the A button down to finish as clicking it is not enough to progress past this screen?

Hey Kira.org! Just to try and narrow this down to see if this is the same as a previously reported issue: were you able to complete the Downtown West mission to rescue Shawn and collect the SHD Tech cache there?

I'll also provide the following websites where you can check the current benchmark standings of any CPU or GPU you're thinking of getting against the system requirements. You can do this for any other game as well, provided you know their system requirements.

Your CPU actually exceeds minimum requirements and meets the recommended, so upgrading the GPU should be sufficient enough for you to play the game.

The Division 2 team is aware of numerous reports regarding audio issues within The Division 2. We are currently working to resolve these issues as soon as possible. In the meantime, we do have a few workarounds available for audio issues on PC
