The only potential issue I see in there is a problem with a save game file, which I assume is from your previous computer:
[18:57:19][country.cpp:925]: Failed to read key reference ap_consumers from database file: save games/klingonempire3_2045891902/autosave_2558.01.01.sav/gamestate line: 407735
As that mentions Klingons I guess that is from using a Star Trek mod? Please disable all mods AND move all saved games elsewhere, which we work on this.

If that doesn't help, please attach here those two settings files I asked for, thanks.

Then unload GeForce Experience if running, and run stellaris.exe directly from File Explorer - what happens then?

Right-click on stellaris.exe, properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullscreen optimizations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply, and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select the fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, refresh rate 60.

If that doesn't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log , exceptions.log

This game has a choice of Steam or Nakama MP servers, do you get this whichever one you choose?

No.

FYI usually that message "possibly because you have logged in somewhere else." is wrong, rather it is some other communications problem. You might try connecting to a VPN before starting the game if you have one.

Has this game ever worked for you on this computer, or it has always been like this?

If it used to work, what change or updated triggered this problem?

Right click on ck3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.

Then test with a new unmodded campaign, NOT any existing one.

Maybe add steam.exe to that exceptions list you posted.

That aside, I'm pretty much out of ideas on this one!

The launcher crashed on Linux when it was version 2023.14 , but it ought to be okay now 2023.16 . What actual launcher problem are you having?

Are you running the Flatpack or other such installation of Steam? If so, you need to instead use the proper Steam one:

Steam, The Ultimate Online Game ...

What makes you say that? Are you having other issues with it? Because I'm not seeing anything wrong with the game, the launcher, or the settings.

Make a new Windows user on this machine and log into it with that and install and run the game there. Is that any different?

If you are not getting overheating, this will either be a compatibility issue with the Apple Silicon hardware platform+Rosetta, or a game bug that only evinces itself on Macs.

If you have steps that duplicate the problem fairly reliably, probably best to make a new thread in Bug Reports, and all affected users add to that thread.

Sorry for that problem!

As I don't read that language I'm not 100% sure what I'm seeing there. But disabling an AV app does not in fact fully turn it off, as that is what some malware tries to do!

You'll still have to add those .exe files to its exceptions lists.

OpenGL is old and slow and not very well supported by the OSS community any more, Vulkan is newer and faster and better supported.

Please do a full **clean** re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-CK3
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/CK3 AND Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK3 folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- start the game with no mods active and test

In particular make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam CK3 or Documents CK3 locations, before installing again.

What antivirus app do you use? You need to make sure all these apps are in its exceptions lists:

stellaris.exe and dowser.exe (in the Steam Stellaris folder)
C:/users/{username}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2.2023.16/paradox launcher.exe
C:/users/{username}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/bootstrapper-v2.exe

IF that doesn't help, also set each of those .exe files (EXCEPT stellaris.exe !) to run as the Windows Admin user.

Then the game should run from Steam/our launcher, and enable all the DLCs.

The devs have not put 1.11.2 up as a beta, so there is no way to do this.

But the only difference with it and the current patch 1.11.3 is the provision of openGL support on MacOS, so the mod ought to work just as well.

Check with the mod authors, you won't be the only user in this position.
