Not trying to BM but why is it considered acceptable to just remove popular features for zero for a patch?
Like we haven't had in-game reporting for 13 years, we really can't wait one patch to deploy it without removing a part of the UI?
There was some amount of miscommunication that led to the missing indicator being removed as part of this work. We’re going to figure out what caused it so that it’s less likely to happen in the future. This is how we do continuous improvement.

Feel like the background should be a bit darker so the question mark is a bit more visible. Can see some champion portraits making a bit harder to distinguish.

Everybody thinks balance team is the worst at Riot, but UI/UX, competitive team, and skins (personalisation) have definitely claimed top spot for shambles at the company. Consistent amateur hour 🤦🏽♂️

Surely its not that hard to just save at most 30 values and display them like runes, the rune stats are already made and are basically a template

Gonna take the bait and say that the team working on it would have been the Summoner's Rift team. They make balance updates, midscopes, preseasons, and more. We would rather have had them do those things.
The unsatisfying answer is that it was designed and estimated but didn't end up being worth the cost. Certainly not because we think its a bad idea or because we don't care. Just have to choose how we want to spend dev resources.
