Hi @Pete6274 Currently there are issues with PSN were seeing on our game, Your issue might be seperate. Once they are cleared can you verify if your issue continues? 

 

If so can you check what your network connection shows in the PS4 settings? (For download/upload, nat, etc)

Hi @JAB_U-Ray I have not heard of linking a third-party account wiping progression. To confirm have you recently changed the EA account the Xbox was connected to? If not I would recommend reaching out to our support to look into this further.
