Do you have any other devices connected to your PS4 at the moment? If so, try disconnecting every other device besides the controller. Let me know if you're still seeing any weird control issues afterward.

Hey @IronHag333. 

Do you play with a controller, or are you on mouse + keyboard? If you're on a controller, I wonder if you're accidentally hitting the melee button while you're trying to aim. Have you tried changing the button assignment to something that's not on one of your analog sticks to see if that helps?

Looking at the DxDiag you attached it appears that your graphics drivers are pretty out of date. The driver listed is from back in 2015. Have you tried updating to a more recent driver to see if that helps at all?
