It looks like you might have your Interact Prompt set to Compact instead of Default. If you open up the Game Settings that should be the first option at the top of the list. Try changing this to Default and see if that gets things back to normal for you.

Are you playing with your frame rate unlocked? If so, can you test something for me? Try locking the frame rate to 180 fps or lower. See if you're still running into any sort of sensitivity issues afterward.

Let's take a look and see if we can fix that error for you here. First, have you been able to try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If you right-click the game in your Origin Library you should see a Repair option in the menu. 

Let me know if it keeps giving you the same error message after that.

Apologies for the delayed reply on this. Were you seeing this happening while you were playing Live.Die.Live? If so, that's actually intentional. According to the event description: 

 

Badges, daily and weekly challenges are disabled in this mode. 

 

If you're playing other modes and still not earning the badges please let me know.

Have you tried adjusting the texture streaming budget in your Apex Legends settings to see if that helps at all? Let me know if you're still getting the same memory error afterward.

Gotcha. It seems like it's having some trouble recognizing that you've got an active Amazon Prime subscription. It may be an issue with some cached data in your web browser. Try clearing out some of the temporary data in your browser to see if that helps.

When you reach enough packs for an heirloom you could pull any of them that are available in packs. It's not guaranteed that you would get a specific one. I'm afraid we don't have a way to exchange or swap out heirlooms that you've pulled. I'm sorry I had to be the bearer of bad news on this.

Got it, thanks. When you have a chance can you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC to see if that helps? If there's anything else running on your PC at the same time that could be interfering with Origin it might help.

When you've got a chance can you check to see if Restricted Access Mode might be enabled in Origin? Open up the Settings and click on the Application tab. All the way down at the bottom there should be an Advanced section with an option to enable or disable Restricted Access Mode. If this is active try disabling it and see if you're able to download the update afterward.
