I'm sorry if what I said was unclear. Merging two PSN or Xbox accounts is not something we can do.

I took a look at the case you created and I can see that it's been escalated for further investigation. The team will review your account and follow up with you via email as soon as possible. Unfortunately we don't have a way to see how long that might take. It can vary depending on the case volume the Terms of Service team is investigating. 

 

At the moment I can only recommend sitting tight and waiting to hear back. I wouldn't recommend updating your case or creating more cases as that could actually increase the length of this investigation. Thanks for being patient on this. I know it can be rough...

Unfortunately if you didn't claim the badge during the week of February 4th to the 11th it won't be possible to claim it. The anniversary rewards were only available for that week.

Ah, gotcha. Thanks for letting me know. 

 

One thing that might help would be changing your DNS. The DNS is basically the address book that your device uses to determine its route to its destination. I've seen cases where using a different DNS can help with various issues, and if this is connection-related it might do the trick. 

 

To update the DNS on your Xbox follow the steps below: 

1. Open up your Xbox Settings and go to Network

2. Select Network Settings, then go to Advanced Settings

3. Select DNS Settings and choose Manual

4. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary. (These are the public Google DNS domains). 

5. Exit the menu, and your Xbox should test your internet connection.

Some patches went out not long ago across all platforms that should have helped with the worst of the lag issues. If you're still having trouble we should try running through some troubleshooting to see if we can help with that. 

 

First, would you be able to grab a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more info on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website. Once you have the file you can attach it to this thread.
