You might be on to something with that. I've seen some cases where Easy Anti-Cheat doesn't get along with some software.

The rewards for this season won't go out until the season ends. You still have the second half of the split to rank up. Once the season ends you'll get the rewards for the highest rank you reached at the end of either the first or second split.

Have you tried shutting down and restarting your Switch to see if that helps? If you hold the power button for a bit you'll see a menu pop up with power options. Choose the option to turn off the Switch, then start it back up.

Got it, thanks! What level is your account right now? Do you remember when it was that you last leveled up?

That's weird. It should be an option that you can disable. If you go to the Gameplay tab in your Settings there should be a section for Accessibility down at the bottom of the screen. Look for the option that says Play Incoming Text Chat as Speech and try disabling it.
