Thank you for the report!


There was an Anti-cheat issue in Apex Legends yesterday that caused a number of accounts to be incorrectly banned. The issue was fixed shortly afterward, so if your account was banned by mistake it should be unlocked now.

Please get in touch with the Terms of Service team so they can review your account. They'll need to make the call on if the ban can be lifted. You can find more info on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website

I've also seen some cases where this is related to Easy Anti-Cheat. Have you tried repairing or reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat to see if that helps? You can find more information on how to do that over at the EAC ...

I'm afraid that's not something we can do. Any progress that's lost from unlinking a platform account can't be recovered.

I'm afraid that's all I can really recommend. Unfortunately there isn't a set number of matches it might take. Eventually the ranks will sync back up on their own.

Hi @Abstract_DS

 

I see this happen sometimes whenever there's a ranked split or a new season. If you play a few matches on your own it should eventually sync the ranks.

Are you currently using a VPN? If so, try disabling it to see if that helps. Sometimes that can cause issues with in-game purchases.

If you re-link the account back to the original EA Account without connecting it with a different EA account it should restore your progress. Linking it with a different EA Account may prevent that from working, though.
