Have you checked to see if there are any updates for your video drivers? I've seen a few people say that installing the most recent Radeon drivers has stopped this from happening. You can find more info on how to update them at the EA Help website

First, have you tried repairing the game to see if that helps? If you're using Origin you can repair by right-clicking Apex Legends in your Library and selecting the Repair option when the menu pops up.

Thanks for following up and letting me know! I'm glad to hear there's been an improvement. 

 

We have been looking into some disconnections since the most recent patch, which might be why you're still seeing errors sometimes. Hopefully once the disconnection issues are fixed it will be more stable.

If the issue isn't happening when you use a VPN it could be something happening with your ISP. It might be a good idea to reach out to them and see if they are aware of any issues.

Another step that can help with issues like this is setting a static IP address for your PS4. The Port Forward website has some good instructions on how to set that up. If you're able to give that a try as well please let me know how it goes.
