Do you have login verification currently enabled on your account? I've seen some similar cases where this can happen when login verification is active. 

 

If you're comfortable with it you can try temporarily disabling login verification to see if you're able to log into the EA Account in Apex Legends. If it works, you can then reactivate login verification and you should be good to go. Just to be extra safe it might be a good idea to change the EA Account password before disabling login verification, if you decide to give that a try. Can we also try setting a different DNS on your PlayStation to see if that helps? Sometimes changing the DNS can also help with similar issues. You can change the DNS using the following steps: 

  1. Open the PS4 Settings and go to Network

Can you try setting a static IP on your PlayStation to see if that helps at all? The Port Forward website has step-by-step instructions on how to set this up. Once you've had the chance to give this a try please let me know if you're still running into the same issues.

How is your PS4 currently connected to the internet? Is it using wifi, or is it connected with a LAN cable? If it's using wifi would it be possible to try using a cable instead to test and see if that makes a difference?

I'm afraid we don't have a way of granting skins from events once they've ended. The Apex Legends team has said in the past that limited time skins may come back in the future, so there's a chance that skin might show up again at a later date.

That error code can sometimes point to issues with Easy Anti-Cheat. When you've got the chance can you try repairing or reinstalling EAC to see if that helps? You can find more information on how to do so over at the Easy Anti-Cheat website

This happens sometimes when there's a rank reset. Usually it will fix itself after you play a few ranked matches. Try playing some ranked games, and it should sync back up in the lobby.
