Have you checked your hardware temperatures to make sure your CPU and GPU aren't getting too hot? What you're describing sounds like throttling, which can happen when your PC temperatures get too high.

Got it, thanks! I'm curious if there might be something else running on the PC that's preventing Apex Legends from starting. When you have the chance can you try setting up a Clean Boot to test and see if that helps at all? That way if there's something else running that could be preventing the launch we may be able to bypass it.

Gotcha, thanks! Are you currently using a VPN or anything at the moment? If so, can you try disconnecting it to see if that makes a difference at all? I know sometimes that can cause issues with the in-game store.

Are you just not seeing the option to make a purchase in-game at all? If you go to the Steam store page for Apex Legends are you seeing any options to purchase anything there?
