When you have the chance please check and make sure that your Nintendo Switch is set to the correct date and time in the system settings. I've seen some cases where having the wrong date or time on the console can cause this error.

It can vary depending on where the purchase was made, but usually the EA Help team will need to verify proof of purchase with you and then add the missing coins. They'll request specific information and screenshots in order to facilitate this. If they were unable to verify proof of purchase with you then they wouldn't be able to add the content. 

 

Also, purchases made from some retailers can't be supported in this way. In those cases the best thing to do would be to reach out to the retailer where you made the purchase to see if they can assist with refunding the purchase or offering a repl...

Hmm, gotcha. It is weird that it would only happen if you're the party leader. Does it happen when you're grouped up with particular people, or is it just any time you're in a party regardless?

Gotcha, thanks! If it's only happening when you're playing without headphones I'm wondering if it might be an issue with audio settings. It sounds like the chat audio might be going out on a channel that wouldn't be coming through your TV speakers. 

 

Have you checked your console's audio settings to see if it's set up to match your speaker configuration? If it's putting out audio to channels that don't actually have any speakers to go through that might be why you can't hear certain things.

Do you have Valorant installed on your PC at the moment? I've seen some cases where issues like this can happen when Vanguard, the anti-cheat for that game, is installed alongside Easy Anti-Cheat. If you do have Vanguard on this PC can you try removing it to test and see if that makes a difference?

What happens if you try setting a different DNS on your PlayStation? I've seen some cases where that can help with similar issues. To update the DNS follow the steps below: 

1. Open the PS4 Settings and go to Network

2. Select Set Up Internet Connection

I know this is outside of the norm for the usual troubleshooting, but do you have an old GPU stashed away? If so, I'd be curious to see if this same issue happens with a different video card installed. Obviously that's a bit of an ordeal, and I'd really only recommend it if you're comfortable giving it a shot. 


If you're comfortable with that it's something that might be worth a try to test and see if the same issue still happens.

Have you tried rolling back to an earlier NVIDIA driver to test and see if that makes any difference at all? I've spoken with a few people who were having similar issues, and in some cases using a previous driver can help with the hitching/stuttering issues.

Have you checked your hardware temperatures to make sure your CPU and GPU aren't getting too hot? What you're describing sounds like throttling, which can happen when your PC temperatures get too high.
