Can we also try setting a different DNS on your Xbox to see if that helps? You can set a different DNS on your console using the steps below:
1. Open the Xbox Settings.
2. Select All Settings.
3. Select Network.
4. Select Advanced Settings.
5. Select DNS Settings.
6. Choose Manual.
7. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but I've also heard that the Cloudflare DNS resolve can also help (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1).
