Apologies for the late reply on this.
Did you also try flushing your DNS to see if that makes any difference? I've seen a few people mention recently that it's helped with some similar issues. You can flush the DNS using the steps below:
1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run command.
2. Type CMD in the field and click OK to open the Command Prompt
3. Type in the command ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter

That's definitely weird. Are you seeing any of the in-game performance icons popping up when this starts happening?
That's definitely weird.
Do you have any other devices connected to your Xbox? If so, can you try disconnecting them all to test and see if that makes any difference?

Did you ever unlink any platform accounts from your EA Account before you noticed the missing content?
Can you share a bit more info on exactly what you're seeing? Does it seem like the game itself is lagging, or is it only your movement that is slowing down?

When you have the chance could we try setting a different DNS on your PS4 to test and see if that makes any difference? You can change the DNS using the steps below:
You should be able to see it at the main title screen. At the bottom there will be an option to select a different datacenter.

Which datacenter are you normally connecting to? Have you tried switching to any others to test and see if that makes any difference?
