Which datacenter do you normally play on? If you switch datacenters do you notice any difference?

If you log into an EA Account at the account management website you should be able to see if there's an Xbox account linked to it. If you click on the Connections tab it'll show you if there's an Xbox account connected.
If you know which emails you've used to create an EA Account you could log in there and check to see which of them is connected with the Xbox account.

Looking through the diagnostics I noticed a Razer process appears to be crashing. I also noticed an entry for a Razer audio driver as well. Are you running any Razer audio software?
