Have you had the chance to try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC before launching Apex Legends to see if that helps at all? If there's anything else running on the PC that's related to the crashes that may help to get around it. For more information on how to set one up check out the EA Help website

Hey @FaIIenAngeI777

 

It sounds like the game is getting multiple inputs simultaneously when you're hitting the RT button. Do you have any other USB devices connected to your PC aside from your mouse, keyboard, and controller? If so, can you try disconnecting the other devices to see if that makes any difference at all? Sometimes I've seen similar cases where having other input devices can cause issues like this.

That is pretty weird. In your DxDiag I did notice there's a display adapter listed for Citrix Indirect Display. Do you currently have a virtual monitor set up through Citrix?

Let's take a look and see if we can help get you back online. When you were troubleshooting this issue on your own did you try setting a different DNS on your PlayStation to see if that helps at all? To change the DNS settings follow the steps below:

I'm afraid there is no cross-platform saving for Apex Legends. Your PSN account progress would remain separate from your PC account, and we don't have a way of moving or transferring your progress.
