I can definitely understand the frustration when something like that happens, but purchase/payment issues are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. Did you attempt to purchase those Coins through the Xbox store? If so, those payments would have gone through the Xbox billing system. We don't have visibility into that system because it's not our platform. It looks like you attached an MSINFO rather than a DxDiag. I removed this attachment just because this file contains some information that we wouldn't want to be posted publicly. The article that I linked in my previous post should have steps on how to get a DxDiag file rather than an MSINFO. The DxDiag file doesn't have the same information that we shouldn't have publicly visible.
