Hmm, gotcha. What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch Apex Legends? I'm curious if there might be something else running that's causing the game to signal that it needs to send you a login verification email.

Thanks for giving it a shot! Can we also try changing the DNS settings in Windows to see if that helps? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with issues like this.

I see this happen sometimes when there's a rank reset. Usually if you play a couple rounds of ranked it will sync the ranks back up in the lobby.

When you have the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team to see if there's anything they can do to help with that. It may not be possible to unlink the account if you've been playing Apex Legends, but the EA Help team should be able to see if they can do so.

Thanks for following up! This is something I've seen happen from time to time. There are some other things we can try that might help. 

 

When you have the chance I'd like to try changing the DNS on your PS4 to see if that makes a difference. I have seen some cases in the past where that can help with issues like this. To change your DNS settings follow the steps below:
